Whereas Elon Musk has been busy rebranding Twitter as X, his rival Mark Zuckerberg has been rising up the ranks to obtain his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
On Sunday, the Meta CEO posted a photograph of himself sporting his new colours with martial arts coach Dave Camarillo.
“Congrats @davecamarillo in your fifth diploma black belt, Zuckerberg wrote. “You are an excellent coach, and I’ve discovered a lot about preventing and life from coaching with you. Additionally honored to be promoted to compete at blue belt for @guerrillajjsanjose group.
A blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the second grownup rank within the artwork after a white belt.
Zuckerberg appears to be critical in regards to the sport. He picked it up in the course of the pandemic. In Could, he gained two medals in a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu event at a Silicon Valley highschool.
Coaching for the cage match?
In June, Elon Musk challenged Mark Zuckerberg to a battle of the billionaires, saying he was “up for a cage combat.”
Zuckerberg responded by posting a screenshot of Musk’s tweet on his Insta Story with the caption, “ship me location.”
Musk then responded with two phrases: “Vegas Octagon.” He was later photographed coaching with Lex Friedman, who has a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu.
Dana White, president of the UFC, advised the New York Instances that he has talked to Musk and Zuckerberg about organizing a combat.
“They each need to do it,” he stated.
Zuckerberg’s newest put up appears to sign he is critical about bettering his talent stage.
